The cleaning should be done as follows:
• Disconnect the power before cleaning.
• The condenser should be vacuum cleaned.
• Connect the power again.
Once every 6 months the cooler must be emptied for goods,
disconnect the power, and clean thoroughly with a soft soap.
Break-downs
Your Access Cooler will be a reliable cooler, however breakdowns
might occur, mainly when the cooler has been operation without
the specification.
Before contacting your dealer please try to solve the problem
according to the following actions.
The cooler is not cooling!
• Has the power been disconnected?
• Is the plug put into the power socket?
• Has the fuse blown or has the fault current relay set out?
The cooler is not getting sufficiently cold!
• If the condenser is not clean it has to be cleaned!
• If the ambient temperature is higher than +30°C a lower
ambient temperature must be made.
• If there is no free and unimpeded circulation of air in the
cooler you must remove the goods blocking the air
circulation.
• If the evaporator is blocked by ice and snow you must empty
the cooler for goods, take out the plug and leave the cooler
for 24 hours in order to enable the evaporator to thaw.
Please be aware of the fact that the defrosting water will run
onto the floor. As such please make sure that the
buildings/blankets will not be damaged.
• If the control has “reached a deadlock” due to electrical noise
or similar please take out the plug for 30 seconds and
connect the cooler again.
• The fluorescent tubes flash or do not switch on (only for
coolers with light canopy).
• Exchange both the fluorescent tube and the starters for
these. We recommend that you leave this exchange to a
qualified technician.
Should the above not correct your problem we recommend that
you contact your dealer, who quickly can find and repair the defect.
Scrapping
The owner of the cooler is responsible for a secure scrapping
according to the present legislation.
Limitation of responsibility
If unauthorized personnel have modified the cooler the
manufacturer disclaims any responsibility for both personal injury
and property damage. Therefore, for the sake of good order and in
your own interest, you should always use authorized personnel for
any kind of service or work on your cooler.
The manufacturer disclaims any responsibility in case the cooler is
used under any other circumstances than described in this
direction for use.
The manufacturer reserves the right to change specifications
without previous notice and without any kind of obligations to the
compatibility of spare parts.
