IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Basic safety precautions should always be followed when using electrical products, especially
when children are present.
WARNING: TO AVOID THE RISK OF ELECTRICAL SHOCK, ALWAYS MAKE SURE THE
PRODUCT IS UNPLUGGED FROM THE ELECTRICAL OUTLET BEFORE RELOCATING.

WARNING:

Read all instructions.
•
To protect against fire, electric shock and injuring to person, do not immerse cord,
plugs etc in water.
•
This product is intended for household use for boiling water.
•
Do not use this product to heat or other liquids as their boiling point may be lower than
water, posing a serious burn hazard.
•
Do not use the product for any other purpose.
•
Keep the product out of the reach of children and pets. This product is not intended
for use by children. Close supervision is necessary when this product is used near
children.
•
Do not leave the product unattended while it is in use. Always unplug the product from
the electrical outlet when it is not in use.
•
Place the product on a flat steady, stable, heat-resistant surface.
•
Do not place the product on or near gas or electric burners.
•
Do not place the product inside or on top of a heated oven or microwave ovens.
•
Do not use attachments not recommended or sold by the product manufacturer as a
risk of fire, electrical shock, or serious personal injury may result. Attachments, when
furnished may become hot during use Allow the attachments to completely cool before
handling them.

Do not touch hot surfaces. Always use the handle and knobs of the product. Use
protective oven mitts or gloves to avoid burns or serious personal injury.
•
Use extreme caution moving the product when it contains hot water. Allow the product
to thoroughly cool before handling it.
•
This product generates steam during use. Use care to avoid being burned or scalded
by the steam.
•
Keep the Lid in place while heating or operating this product.
•
Never plug the product into an electrical outlet unless it is properly assembled.
•
Do not allow the Power Cord to hang (i.e. over the edge of a table or counter) where it
may be tripped over or pulled.
•
Keep the Power Cord and product away from heated surfaces.
•
Unplug the product from the electrical outlet and allow to cool before cleaning, washing,
or adding water.
•
Do not put any stress on the Power Cord where it connects to the product, as the
Power Cord could fray and break.
•
Do not operate the product if the Power cord is cut, damaged, or if the wires are
exposed. Do not immerse or expose cord or plug to water or other liquids.
•
Do not place the product in areas or on surfaces (i.e. carpets) that may be damaged
by water or moisture. The user shall be solely and exclusively liable for any and all
damage that may occur from water-related mishaps related to used of this product.
•
Never operate this product if it has a damaged Power Cord or plug, malfunctions or
is not working properly, leaks, has been dropped, or damaged. This product has no
user-serviceable parts. Do not attempt to examine or repair this product yourself. Only
qualified service personnel should perform any servicing. Return the product to a
service center for examination and repair.
•
This product is intended for indoor, household use only. Do not use outdoors.

1.Lea todas
las instrucciones

2.Es necesario estar siempre vigilante si el aparato va ser utilizado por niños.
3.Antes de
conectar
el
hervidor
, verifique
que
el
voltaje
que
viene
indicado
en
el
electrodo
-
méstico (debajo
de
la
base
del
hervidor)
concuerde
con
el
voltaje
de
electricidad
de
su
hog
-
ar. Si este no es el caso, póngase en contacto con su distribuidor y no utilice el hervidor
.
4.Apague y desenchufe el aparato antes de llenarlo, vaciarlo, limpiarlo, o cuando no se
encuentre en uso.
5.No llene el hervidor demasiado ya que el agua hervida puede salir disparada. El nivel
máximo es el que viene marcado con el indicador de agua.
6.No utilice
el
electrodoméstico
ni
lo
coloque
cerca
de
superficies
calientes
tales
como
un
quemador de cocina a gas o eléctrico o dentro de un horno caliente.
7.No permita que el cordón cuelgue del borde de la mesa o del repostero de cocina. No
permita que
el
cordón
entre
en
contacto
con
superficies
calientes.
8.Nunca tire del cordón ya que lo puede dañar y a la larga causar una descarga eléctrica.
9.No utilice un electrodoméstico con el cordón o enchufe dañados, o después de que
presente algún desperfecto o de que haya sufrido una caída. Lleve el electrodoméstico al
centro de servicio técnico más cercano para que se lo examine, arregle o repare.
10.Evite tocar
las
superficies
calientes
del
hervidor
. Utilice
el
mango
y
las perillas.
11.Con
el
fin
de
evitar
daños
debido
al
vapor
, no
coloque
el
pico
del
hervidor
de
cara
a
pareces y gabinetes.
12.Si se utiliza el servidor sobre mueble de madera, utilice un protector para evitar daños al
acabado del mueble.
13.Para evitar quemaduras, asegúrese de que siempre la tapa se encuentre correctamente
ubicada en su lugar.
14.Puede ocurrir quemaduras si se retira la tapa durante el hervor.
15.Tenga cuidado al momento de retirar y colocar la tapa cuando el agua se encuentre
caliente.
16.Tenga sumo cuidado al momento de trasladar el hervidor si contiene agua caliente.
Nunca levante el hervidor de la tapa. Siempre utilice el mango.
17.No encienda el hervidor si se encuentra vacío.
18.Para evitar
peligros
con
electricidad,
no
sumerja
el
hervidor
, la
base
ni
el
cordón
en
ningún tipo de líquido.
19.Utilice el hervidor solamente con la base con la que viene. No utilice la base del aparato
para otros
fines.
20.Con el
fin
de
evitar
que
se
produzca
fuego,
no
utilice
el
aparato
en
la
presencia
de
humos explosivos
y/o
inflamables.
21.No debe
dejarse
el
hervidor
conectado
al
tomacorriente
cuando
la
temperatura
de
la
habitación caiga
al
nivel
de
temperatura
de
invierno
del
exterior
. A
temperaturas
bajo
cero,
el termostato de control automático puede reiniciarse a la función de hervir y energizar el
elemento.
22.No utilice el hervidor para ningún otro propósito que no sea hervir agua. Cualquier otro
líquido o alimento contaminará el interior.
23.Este producto
no
ha
sido
diseñado
para
otros
fines
que
sean
aquellos
que
se
especifi
-
can en el manual.
