FROZEN CRANBERRY-ORANGE

MIMOSAS

Makes ten servings

cup cranberry juice cocktail,
chilled

cup orange juice, chilled

1-1/2 cups ice cubes
1

bottle (750 ml) brut champagne,
chilled

Place cranberry juice, orange juice, and
ice cubes in blender jar in order listed.
Place cover on blender jar. Turn blender
on and process on liquefy until thick and
frothy, about 30-40 seconds. Turn blender
off.

Pour 1/3 cup juice mixture into each
champagne glass. Top with chilled cham-
pagne. Serve immediately.
