Fault
Cause
Appliance switches off
(in continuous mode) and
lamp in the cheese button
flashes quickly.
Not a fault, appliance stops
automatically after 11 minutes
of continuous operation
(automatic timer).
Switch off the appliance,
allow to cool down (at least
30 minutes), then switch
on again.
The appliance was overloaded,
e.g. excessively hard food was fed
in (overload protection).
Switch off the appliance, pull
out the mains plug, eliminate
the cause, restart the
appliance.
One of the On buttons
cannot be pressed.
Blade cover not attached.
Attach blade cover.
Safety pin (19a) on blade cover
broken off.
Replace blade cover.
For all other faults please consult our customer service. Blade cover and blade scraper are available
as spare parts from customer service.
