negligence or otherwise. BOSCH will not be liable for any consequential or incidental
damages, losses or expenses. THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESSED
WARRANTIES. ANY WARRANTY IMPLIED BY LAW, WHETHER FOR MERCHANTABILITY
OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR OTHERWISE, SHALL BE EFFECTIVE
ONLY FOR THE PERIOD THATTHIS EXPRESSED WARRANTY IS EFFECTIVE.
No attempt to alter, modify or amend this warranty shall be effective unless authorized in
writing by an officer of BOSCH. Some states do not aliow limitations on how iong impiied
warranties last or the exclusion or iimitation of incidental or consequential damages, so
the foregoing limitations and exciusions may not appiy to you. This warranty gives you
specific legal rights and you may aiso have other rights which vary from state to state.
Notice to California Residents
If you need warranty service and there is no authorized BOSCH smali appiiance ser
vice center reasonabiy cióse to you, you may notify the deaier from whom you purchased
it or any other deajer who sells BOSCH small appliances. The dealer may repair or
replace the defective product or, if returned to the deaier from whom purchased, he may
partiaiiy refund your money. This choice is up to the deaier. If the dealer fails to repair,
repiace or partiaiiy refund your money, you may take your defective product to any repair
shop and they can fix your unit at our expense uniess the repair cost exceeds the
depreciated vaiue of the product.
