8.3 Cleaning and Maintenance
. TO REMOVE and
wash infant restraint pad,
foiiow instructions in “5.1
Positioning Harness Straps”,
pages 20-23 to remove the
harness straps from the metai
junction piate. Push aside the
smaii tab that hoids the anchor
ciips in piace O and puii the
anchor ciips out of their
indentations. Remove the
anchor ciips from the harness
straps and push straps through
seat siots ©.
Once seat pad has been removed put anchor
ciips back on the harness straps so they do
not get mispiaced.
Carefuiiy remove the seat pad. Machine wash on
deiicate cycie and drip-dry. DO NOT USE BLEACH.
Reverse steps to reinstaii seat pad. Check that
harness system is not twisted, and puii on harness
system to be sure harness is secureiy reinstaiied.
