Natural Wood Bed Guard
This Bed Guard is intended for use with a mattress of Length 120 to 210cm, Width 60 to 90cm,
and Thickness between 13 and 20cm.
This Bed Guard is only recommended for use with children between the ages of 18 months and 5 years.
WARNING: To avoid the risk of strangulation, make sure that the Bed Guard is correctly adjusted,
with a distance of at least 26cm between each end of the bed and the end of the Bed Guard or
any other item of furniture suituated nearby.
WARNING: This Bed Guard must always be used on a bed base with mattress fitted on top.
Never use with a mattress on its own or on the floor, or with an inflatable mattress.
WARNING: Never use this Bed Guard without the under mattress fixings and straps correctly fitted.
WARNING: It is very important that the securing straps are correctly adjusted and that you
do not use this Bed Guard on a mattress smaller than 60x120cm.
WARNING: If the straps are incorrectly adjusted, the free length could exceed the specified
maximum of 22cm and cause a danger to your child.
WARNING: If the free length of the straps is over 22cm, thread the excess piece of strapping back
through the plastic adjuster (Instruction 3)
WARNING: The free length of the straps must never be inside the bed when in use.
WARNING: Do not use this Bed Guard in Cribs or Cots or on sleeping surfaces placed more than
60cm above the floor.
WARNING: Only use a Bed Guard when your child is able to climb into and out of the bed unaided.
WARNING: This Bed Guard must not be used as a substitute for a Cot as it cannot provide the same
level of safety.
WARNING: Do not dismantle the V-shaped base once assembled.
WARNING: Only use original spare parts for this Bed Guard.
