Remove existing back from wheelchair (A).
Slide loops at top of back around wheel-
chair canes.

Choose one of two grommet holes that
works best for back placement. If existing
holes in wheelchair canes do not work,
drill out with 5/32” drill bit for standard
sling screws (B).

Attach long strap to wheelchair tubing
using screws from sling back.
Pull center strap as tight as possible.
Tighten rear strap. Tighten front strap
until from of seat is at desired height. This
locks the unit in place (C).
