SPECIAL SAFEGUARDS

• Stand the appliance on a table or flat surface.

• Do not use or keep this product outside when it is raining.

• Do not store the appliance near hot ovens or heating appliances.

• Certain parts of the appliance can get hot. Do not touch them, as you may burn yourself.

• Never modify the appliance in anyway.

OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS

Raclette Grill

1. Before plugging in your new Raclette grill, check that the electric circuit is not overloaded with other

appliances. This unit should always be operated on a separate 110V~120V volt.

2. It is possible that slight smoke smell comes out when first using.
3. When first using, drop some oil on the surface of plate then wipe it with dry cloth.
4. In order not to destroy the plating of non-stick coating, when turning or moving food, make sure a

wooden shovel is used.

5. Turn the switch to “ON” position, the pilot light will glow indicating the heating element is energized

and heating will begin immediately.

6. Pre-heating time is 8-10 minutes for grill plate.
7. Choose any level you’d like for cooking.
8. Because the surface is very hot, it is recommended to put the appliance on anti-flame and heatproof

cushion. It is also recommended that the minimal distance between wall and environmentally
components is not shorter than 15 cm.

9. Place mini pan under heating element. Don’t put other mini pan which does not match the whole set

on the appliance.

10. When cooking is finished, turn the switch back to “OFF” position.
11. The surface is hot when using or before being cooled. Never touch the appliance before it’s cooled to

avoid scald.

Fondue

1. Make sure that the grill plate sits on the base correctly and the heating element is not exposed.
2. Plug in the appliance and turn it on.
3. Allow the appliance to preheat for approximately 10 minutes while preparing the food for your fondue

party.

4. Never heat the pot without any food or water .
5. Never heat the pot with oil.
6. Never move the appliance during operation.
7. Prepare the fondue on the stove before pouring it into the stainless steel fondue pot. Do not use the

fondue pot on a regular stove.

8. You can use the fondue forks to pick up food when ready.



CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

• Before cleaning or moving this appliance, make sure the appliance is unplugged and has been cooled.
• Heating plate and mini pan can be wiped clean with a soft damp cloth.
• Do not spray clean with water or immerse fully in liquid.
• Should the appliance become damaged or require repair please contact your local hardware store.
