Key Functions

Headphone Jack allows you to plug in an optional headset for convenient, hands-free
conversations.

Front Camera Lens takes pictures and records videos while facing the screen, and allows you
to video conference.
n
Power key lets you turn the phone on or off or turn the screen on or off, or switch your phone to
silent mode, vibration mode, or airplane mode.
n
Volume keys allow you to adjust the ringtone or media volume or adjust the voice volume during
a call.
n
Micro USB/Charger Jack allows you to connect the phone charger or a USB cable (included).
n
Microphones transmit your voice for phone calls or record your voice or ambient sounds for
voice recordings and videos.
n
Photo/Video Camera (both front and back) lets you take pictures and videos.
n
Speaker: Front facing audio sound lets you enjoy a quality audio experience.
n
Proximity Sensor: Detects a change in light, used with the Talkback feature found in
Accessibility settings.

Return or Back closes an option menu or returns you to the previous screen.
n
Home returns you to the home screen.
n
Overview shows a list of the last apps, widgets, and settings you opened or visited.
CAUTION: Inserting an accessory into the incorrect jack may damage the phone.
Adjust the Sound Volume
Your volume keys control the sound for the current feature you have open on your phone. You can
also delay when your phone rings for something important.
