The BJ Status Monitor is Not Displayed
■ Ensure that "Enable bi-directional support for this printer" is selected.

Open the Printer Properties dialog box from the Start menu.

Click the Details tab (or Ports tab), then Spool Settings, then Enable bi-
directional support for this printer (or Enable bi-directional support).
