All Models:

1. Remove the switch(es) from the thumb throttle housing. Retain the original fasteners for reuse.

Assemble the two plates together using the provided 5mm screws, place one of the 6mm bolts
through the hole closest to the upper plate (fig.1).

Models with only a 2wd/4wd switch below the thumb throttle:

2. Select the shorter of the two 4mm pan screws and a washer. Thread the screw through the hole

furthest from the other plate (fig.2). Select the longer of the two standoff spacers, a washer and
a locknut. Mount one end of the 2wd/4wd switch to the upper plate. Mount the other end of the
switch using the countersunk 4mm screw, the shorter standoff, a washer and locknut (fig.3).

Models with both a 2wd/4wd switch and a mode switch:

2. Select the shorter of the two 4mm pan screws and the longer of the two standoff spacers.

Temporarily mount the 2wd/4wd switch as shown (fig.4). Mount the other end of the switch using
the countersunk 4mm screw, shorter standoff, a washer and locknut. Remove the first screw
after tightening the countersunk screw (fig.5). Mount the mode switch to the top of the plate
using the original gasket, the longer of the two 4mm pan screws and a washer, and two of the
original screw/washer fasteners retained from step one (fig.6).

All Models:

3. Mount the switch bracket to the brake mastercylinder by removing the original mount bolts.

Using the two longer 6mm bolts provided (one in place from step one), mount the switch bracket
through the original mastercylinder bracket to the mastercylinder. Torque the 6mm bolts to the
factory specification once the mastercylinder has been correctly positioned (fig.7).
