6. Remove bolts securing power steering pump
pulley and remove pulley.

7. Remove crankshaft bolts and crankshaft
pulley.

8. Position pulley on crankshaft and align pin to
clearance hole. Gently press pulley onto shaft.
If pulley does not slide on shaft easily, remove
and check for burs or corrosion. If any burs or
corrosion exist, remove as necessary. Use of
excessive force to install the pulley will
damage both the pulley and the crankshaft
and will void warranty.
Install bolts and torque
to 25Nm (18ft-lbs.)

9. Install power steering pump pulley and torque
bolts to 20Nm (15ft-lbs).

10. Re-install belt in correct running direction
making sure belt is completely seated in pulley
grooves. NOTE: FAILURE TO SEAT BELT
CORRECTLY WILL SEVERELY DAMAGE
BELT.
Double check torque of pulley bolts.

11. Install wheel and lug nuts. Raise vehicle,
remove Jack stand then lower vehicle. Torque
lug nuts to factory recommended specifications.
