Cómo Ensamblar su Pr ocesador de Alimentos
Asegúrese de que el equipo está desconectado de la red eléctrica antes de ensamb larlo .Coloque la base del
equipo sobre un mesa o mostrador limpio y seco .
Ubique el recipiente sobre la base, alineando las pestañas de fijación del recipiente con las de la base .Gire el
recipiente hacia la derecha hasta que quede firme en su posición. Coloque las cuchillas sobre el soporte cen-
tral ubicado en el recipiente .
Cuidado:Las cuchillas están m uy afiladas. Agárrelas solamente por el tubo central.
Ponga la tapa del recipiente de maner a tal que la pestaña encaje dentro de la ran ura ubicada en la par te supe-
rior de la base .Gire la tapa hacia la derecha hasta que esta quede en posición. Su mini cortador a está ya lista
para ser usada.
Importante: Par a su protección, esta unidad está diseñada con un sistema de cierre de seguridad. La mini
cortador a no operará a no ser que la tapa esté correctamente colocada dentro de la r anur a de la base. No
intente usar este equipo sin que la tapa esté bien colocada en su posición.
Cómo Usar Su Procesador de Alimentos
Coloque la base del equipo sobre una mesa o mostrador limpio y seco .Enchuf e el tomacorriente en una toma
eléctrica de 120V 60Hz, CA. Ponga el cab le de for ma tal que no quede al alcance de los niños o pueda ser hal-
ado accidentalmente.
Su mini cortador a ha sido diseñada para procesar de una v ez hasta 1/ 2taza de alimento seco .Si Ud. necesita
procesar una mayor cantidad, simplemente repita la oper ación var ias veces .Cor te los alimentos en pequeños
pedazos , se recomienda 1/ 2pulgada par a la mayoría. Coloque los alimentos dentro del recipiente y póngale la
tapa.
Mantenga oprimido el interr uptor de encendido por var ios segundos. Al liberar lo, el motor se detendrá. Ud.
podrá constatatar la consistencia de los alimentos gracias a que el recipiente es tr ansparente. Si los aliementos
necesitan ser procesados por más tiempo, simplemente opr ima nue vamente el interr uptor de encendido unos
segundos más. T enga m ucho cuidado de someter los alimentos a un porecesamiento excesiv o, y a que la may-
oría de los alimentos solamente requieren unos pocos segundos.
Si su min cortador a no trabaja, re vise la sección “Cómo ensamb lar su mini cortador a”.Compr uebe que las pes-
tañas de fijación del recipiente y de la tapa están bien colocadas.
Una vez que el alimento ha alcanzado la consistencia deseada, suelte el interr uptor de encendido y espere a
que las cuchillas dejen de girar .
Quite la tapa.Cuidadosamente saque las cuchillas del recipiente y v acíe el contenido del recipiente. Use una
espátula si es necesario .
APPLIANCE USE
Assembly
1. Be sure the unit is unplugged before assembly.
2. Place the base of the unit on a clean, dry table.
3. Place the bowl onto the base, lining up the locking tabs on the bowl with the locking tabs on the base.
4. Turn the bowl clockwise until the bowl locks into place.
5. Place the knife blade over the center post in the bowl. (Fig. 1)
6. Place the lid onto the bowl so the extended tab of the lid will fit into the slot at the top of the base. Turn the lid
clockwise until it locks into place. (Fig. 2)
IMPORTANT: This appliance will not operate unless the tab on the lid is correctly located inside the slot of the
base.
Operation
1. Plug the unit in.
2. The unit has been designed to process 1
/2 cup of dry food at a time.
3. Cut food into small pieces. 1 /2 inch is recommended for most foods and place the food into the bowl.
4. Place the lid onto the bowl and lock it into place.
5. Press the ON switch and hold down for several seconds. Release the switch and the motor will stop. You will be
able to examine the food consistency through the transparent bowl. If more processing is required, press the ON
switch for a few more seconds.
6. Release the switch and allow the knife blade to stop rotating.
7. Remove the lid. Carefully remove the knife blade from the bowl. Remove the bowl from the base and empty the
contents. A spatula may be used, if necessary.
IMPORTANT: Do not chop hard foods that cannot be easily sliced with a normal kitchen knife or foods that contain
pits, stones, bones or hard shells.
IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
1.
Read all instructions carefully.
2. To protect against electric shock never put your
appliance in water or in any other liquid.
3. Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
4. Unplug from power outlet when attaching or removing parts, before cleaning or when not in use.
5. Avoid contacting moving parts.
6. Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after the appliance malfunctions, or if dropped or
damaged in any way. Return the appliance to an authorized service center for examination, repair or electrical
or mechanical adjustment.
7. The use of attachments not recommended or sold by the manufacturer may cause fire, electric shock or injury.
8. Do not use outdoors. Do not use the appliance for other then intended use.
9. Do not let the cord hang over the edge of table or touch hot surfaces.
10. Keep hands and utensils away from moving blades to prevent the possibility of personal injury or damage to
the unit.
11. Blades are sharp, handle carefully.
12. To avoid injury, never place knife on base without first putting bowl properly in place. Make sure motor and knife
blade have stopped completely before removing lid.
13. Be certain lid is securely locked in place before operating appliance.
14. Do not operate the appliance when empty.
15. Do not attempt to defeat the cover mechanism.
16. The appliance is designed for ‘pulse operation’. Do not operate motor continuously for longer than one minute.
17. Arrange cord so it does not drape over the table top where it can be tripped over accidently.
