Removing the rechargeable lithium-ion battery
1.
Remove the back label.
2. Use a Phillips head (+) screwdriver to
remove the two screws.
3. Remove the front case (the side with the
buttons and indicators).
• If the front case is difficult to remove, insert
a flat blade (–) screwdriver into the gap of
the case and then open it.
4. Disconnect the rechargeable lithium-ion
battery connector and then remove the
battery.
5. Do not dispose of the battery. Be sure to
take it in for recycling.
• Contact your original dealer or authorized
CASIO service center for information about
recycling.
6. After removing the lithium-ion battery, be
sure to dispose of the pointer in
accordance with the laws, rules, and
regulations in your geographic area.
