INSTALLING DSMC CANON MOUNT
NOTE: If your RED DSMC Brain does not already have a lens mount installed, go to INSTALLING
DSMC CANON MOUNT.
CAUTION: THE DSMC CANON MOUNT IS NOT HOT SWAPPABLE. BEFORE INSTALLING THE
DSMC CANON MOUNT, THE CAMERA MUST BE POWERED DOWN.
CAUTION: DO NOT ALLOW ANY DEBRIS TO ENTER THE CAMERA OPENING DURING REMOV-
AL/INSTALLATION OF MOUNTS. TAKE GREAT CARE NOT TO DROP ANY OF THE SCREWS INTO
THE OPENING AS DAMAGE TO THE OLPF MAY OCCUR THAT MAY NOT BE COVERED BY WAR-
RANTY.
REMOVING DSMC TI PL MOUNT
1. Remove all accessories and lens if necessary.
2. Place the camera brain on a suitable working surface with the front of the camera facing upwards.
3. Using the included T-20 Torx, remove the four (4) M4x0.7 Button Screws attaching the DSMC Ti PL
mount to the camera brain. These screws will NOT be re-used to install the DSMC Canon Mount.
