And then slide it on the valve body.

Put on the plate aligned to the wall and screw in the plate mounting screws.
Put on thermostatic dial on the valve stem.
Align 100 mark with the center mark on the sleeve to adjust the temperature at
lowest level.
Handle with flange and body goes on to the stem co-axially.
