INLET DUCKBILL VALVE REPLACEMENT:
1. If possible, flush plenty of fresh water through vacuum generator.
2. Disconnect power to vacuum generator by unplugging wires between

vacuum switch and pump motor.

3. Remove four 1/4-20x1 inch long hex head screws that secure

the pump to tank.

4. Lift pump body away from tank to expose two inlet duckbill valves.
5. Remove the upper duckbill valve from the bottom of the pump

body.

6. Remove the collar and lower duckbill from the vacuum tank.
7. Place new duckbill valve in collar and place assembly into

center of vacuum tank with duckbill pointing up (as shown).
The collar/duckbill valve assembly must be in center of hole.

8. Place new duckbill valve on top of collar in tank opening.
9. Making sure sealing ring is positioned properly in top groove

of tank, carefully replace the pump assembly into the top of
the tank, and secure with the four hex head screws.

OUTLET DUCKBILL VALVE REPLACEMENT:
1. Disconnect power to vacuum generator by unplugging wires between

switch and pump motor.

2. Unscrew swivel nut where hose is attached to pump outlet. Remove

swivel nut/hose from transition adapter.

3. Unscrew transition adapter and valve adapter to expose two duckbill

valves.

4. Replace both duckbill valves.
5. Reassemble pump outlet components, making sure all

connections are tight.

6. Reconnect power to vacuum generator. Test system for

vacuum leaks before using.
