a. Make settings and check your iPhone in a dry
and clean location.
b. Set iPhone to Airplane mode and switch off all
alarms and notifications to avoid incoming call or
alarms during the camera mode operation.
c. Lock Portrait Orientation.
d. Set Auto-Lock to ”Never”.
e. Move Camera icon to the bottom corner of the
screen. Avoid putting “Mail” icon at this location.
f. Set brightness of the screen to Max.
g. Set camera flash to “off”.
(Exclude iPhone* 3/3Gs)
h. Be sure the battery of the iPhone is sufficiently
charged.
i. Load the iPhone into the Seashell housing after
all of the settings have been made.
j. To avoid any notification popup, do not move any
internet- connecting icons to the button left or
right corner of the screen under flight mode.
k. A proprietary Seashell camera app can be
downloaded from Apple apps store for easier
use, especially underwater. Move this icon to
the other side of the bottom corner if necessary.
Search “ Seashell Lite” at Apps store to find this
apps and download it.
l. Before use seashell camera app, please go to
“Location Services”, switch the service on for this
app.
m. User should backup the data in iPhone* before
using our housing to avoid any potential loss.
n. iPhone iOS7 must be used with our professional
photography app “Seashell Lite”.
2.5. Operation of Seashell housing
a. Load the iPhone into the Seashell front housing
b. Turn on and unlock the iPhone before closing
the Seashell housing.
c. Close the housing and check that it is securely
locked.
d. Press the button to activate the camera function
e. Use “still” or “video” buttons as desired.
f. Press home key if camera is not used to
conserve battery charge.
