1. Cut each of the plastic parts from the master sheets. Be sure to

leave the raised edges around each piece as they add stiffness and
depth to the parts. Lightly sand the edges smooth. The support rails can
be reinforced with strips of 1/8" balsa if desired.

2. Test fit the forward bulkhead, aft bulkhead, floor and right and left

side panels into your model, trimming and sanding as necessary to
obtain a good fit.

3. Glue the left control panel to the left side panel. Glue the right

control panel to the right side panel.

4. Wash all of the parts with warm soapy water, then rinse and dry

them thoroughly before painting.

5. Paint all parts with flat enamel model paint following the

suggestions on the photo.

6. Trim the clear instrument lenses to match the shape of the laser-

cut instrument panel. This is easily performed by inserting the lens
sheet into the instrument panel, and trimming around the edges with a
new hobby knife blade. Glue the lens sheet to the back of the
instrument panel with medium CA or canopy glue.

7. Trim the decal to fit behind the instrument lenses. The instrument

panel portion of the decal is arranged to match the laser-cut face and
clear lenses so the decal can be glued to the clear plastic as a single
piece from the back. The whole assembly can now be fixed in the cockpit
by peeling off the backing from the decal and pressing the instrument
panel in place on the forward bulkhead. Glue the gun sight in position on
top of the instrument panel.

8. Glue the painted seat to the top of the spacer on the floor.

9. Glue the painted control stick to the center of the floor, ahead of

the seat.

10. Cut the quilters pins to about 3/4" long. Insert them into the

throttle quadrant where desired. Glue the pins in position.

11. Apply the remaining radio face/circuit breaker decals to the left

and right control panels.

12. Glue the finished parts into your model with 6-minute epoxy or

Silicone adhesive.
