1 Memory compartment Contains 2 memory slots for
PC2100-compliant memory modules.
The memory compartment may
contain one or two memory modules,
depending on the notebook model.
2 Vent* Allows airflow to cool internal
components.

To prevent overheating, do not
obstruct the vent. Do not allow
a soft surface, such as bedding,
clothing or a thick rug, to block
airflow.
*The notebook has 3 vents. The other vents are above the keyboard and
on the rear panel of the notebook.
