INSTALLATION AND WIRING INSTRUCTIONS

for Pluggoble Motor Replacement

This Kit Contains:

NOTE TO THE INSTALLER: This motor kit is an autbottead FSP service teplaeement

pari for your application. The motor in this kit may or may not be kt^cat to yoiir

old motor. If your current motor has the pluggable motor aaFttoh ($ee F|giao .4B}i

replace the aervice motor fn the same manner as you removed your defecfiva motor.
If your defective motor has the switch where the vrlre lead from the main harness

connects to die motor switch Indivlduatiyi carefully follow instructions below._______

3. If you choose to use Rie pulley supfdiect the

replacement motor, you may proceed to steps.
Otherwise proceed step 4.

Nulsatiee Tripping of Motor Protector

DO NOT under any ^roumstance attempt

to remove or. replace the motor switch
from this pluggable service motor. The

switch is a non.sefvloeable component!

Failure to do so oould result In fire, serious
injury or death.

1. Remove defecdve motor using standard motor

removed procedures.

Remove pulley from r^lacement motor by udng.two
{2} open end or adtjusi^e wrenches. Place one on

the motor shaft, tight befiihd №e piAey, mtd the other

on the pulley.

Holding

the motor el^ in place with

one (1) wrench, turn pulley with olher wrench In a
counterdockwise dliwidon to remove pulley.

note

the

difference

between

the

defective motor and your riew replacement motor. The

first thing you

HI need to' compare Is the motor

pulleys. 'The puRey supplied with the replacement

motor can be used In all applications. Mttiough
there are two (2) cases, you may want to use the

pulley from the defecfiva motor.
