CLEANING THE FAN

1. Remove the upper shell, as described in this manual,

and lift off the top fan shroud.

2.

Wash the mounted fan with a damp cloth then dry

carefully so as not to bend the blades. If fan is very

dirty, loosen the fan setscrew and slip the fan off of the

motor shaft. Wash the fan in detergent and water, and

then dry the fan carefully so as not to bend the blades.

3. Slip the fan onto the motor shaft and tighten the set­

screw, as illustrated.

4. Set the top fan shroud in position and install the upper

shell.

ADJUSTMENTS

1. Remove the plug from the filter end cover and thread

the accessory pressure gauge into the hole.

2. Start the heater and allow it to burn.

3.

The pressure gauge should read 3.6 PSI. If not, turn the

adjusting screw in (clockwise) to increase the pressure or

out (counter clockwise) until the gauge reads 3.6 PSI.

4. Unplug the heater.

5. Remove the gauge and replace the plug.
