Cleaning the Paper Feed Roller
If paper does not feed properly, clean the paper feed roller.

Ensure the printer is turned on. If any paper is loaded in the printer,
remove the paper.

Hold down the RESUME/CANCEL button; when the POWER lamp flashes
three times, release the RESUME/CANCEL button.
The paper roller will rotate as it cleans.
Repeat this operation three times.

Load a sheet of A4 or Letter plain paper in the printer.

Hold down the RESUME/CANCEL button; when the POWER lamp flashes
three times, release the RESUME/CANCEL button.
The paper that is loaded in the printer will feed through the printer and be
ejected.
Repeat this operation three times.
If the printer still will not feed paper through even after cleaning the paper
feed roller, perform the procedure described in step 4 again.
