Never use waste oil. Always use biodegradable
lubricant (part number em-1108014) which is
specific for bar and chain and also respectful
towards nature and the chain saw's parts.

Two-stroke engines have high specific horsepower
and we therefore recommend the use of well-
known, super gasoline, without lead and an octane
rating of no less than 90. When preparing the
mixture, only use a high quality oil designed for air-
cooled two stroke engines. Shake the fuel canister
before filling. Refill (Fig. 10) when the engine is
switched off and far away from an open flame.
Before unscrewing the fuel tank cap, position the
chain saw on a flat, solid surface to prevent fuel
spills. Only prepare the quantity of mixture for each
job, do not leave the mixture in the fuel tank or in a
fuel canister for prolonged periods.

CHAIN LUBRICATING OIL

Proper chain lubrication during the cutting phase will
reduces wear to a minimum between the chain and bar.
Correctly lubricating the chain will prolonging the chain
saw’s life. Always use a good quality oil (Fig. 11). Refill
the oil reservoir each time you refill the unit with fuel.
