Before First Use
1. Remove all packing materials and literature.
2. Wipe out the inside and outside of the food crisper with
a soft, damp cloth. Do Not use abrasive cleaners or
scouring pads. NEVER immerse in water or any other
liquid.
How To Operate
1. Place the unit on a flat sturdy surface.
2. Open the door and place the food inside.
3. Close the door and plug the appliance in. Allow
approximately 15 minutes for the unit to warm up
after you plug it in.
Cleaning
1. Unplug the unit and allow to cool.

Hints and Tips
■ Read all the instructions and save for future reference.
■ Only dry food that you want to stay crisp should be
placed in the food crisper.
■ Leaving the bag/box open while in the food crisper will
allow the warm air to get inside of the package and
keeping the food crisp.
■ The food crisper is NOT a bread box.
■ Foods with a high oil content or strong flavor may
transfer their flavor to other foods in the crisper.
■ Do not put cereal with fruits or raisins in the crisper.
■ Position small bags/boxes vertically so the warm air can
get between them.
■ Position larger boxes horizontally on top of smaller ones.
■ You will block the heat flow if you put a large box
directly on the crisper floor.
■ If the box is to big, take the bag out of the box.
