MODEL O2 (INSERT ONLY) CATALYTIC STOVE (GOLD PACKAGE SHOWN)
A Country Flame Model O2 catalytic stove is approved as a fireplace insert both in the United States and in Canada. The
Model O2 catalytic stove has been tested to UL 1482 (United States) and CAN/ULC-S628 (Canada) standards.
The Model O2 catalytic stove must be connected to a code-approved masonry chimney or a listed factory-built fireplace
chimney with a direct flue connector inserted into the first chimney liner section.
The Model O2, as well as all Country Flame catalytic stoves, shall not be operated with an elevated fire. Do not use
grates or any other items to elevate the fuel. Burn the wood fuel on the existing refractory brick supplied with the stove.
Country Flame catalytic stoves are to be operated with the door in the fully closed position at all times except during
refueling. Always open the damper before opening the door to refuel a stove.
The O2 blower has a by-pass switch for testing the blowers in a “stove cold” condition. Once the stove heats up, the
switch is bypassed by the snap disk.
