5. ASSEMBLY- / DISMANTLING INSTRUCTIONS
Transport safety unit
Follow the procedure below to remove the
transport safety unit:
• Remove the wood storage tray by pulling the
tray out to the stops and then lifting tray and
removing it completely from its position.
• Now remove the two screws with which the
Irony stove is attached to the shipping pallet.
The transport safety unit for the sliding door is
removed by cutting through the cable binder that
can be seen in the wood storage compartment at
the left rear.

Cladding
The following cladding units can be removed for
easier transport:
1. Lift and remove the cover (Item 3).
2. Remove the wood storage tray (Item 5) by
pulling the tray out of its position.
3. Lift the ash collection tray (Item 6) from its
position on the tile support (Item 7).
4. Remove the left and right ceramic shells (Items
8 and 9) by lifting them out of position.
5. Remove the eight screws (Item 4) – four on
each side, left and right – from the rear wall
(Item 1).
6. Remove the complete cladding unit (Item 2) by
lifting it out of position.
The above components are re-assembled in the
reverse order.

This model is available with either lateral or sliding
door.
