With your ECS 2015 C7 Supercharger Kit, a machined and modified water pump manifold must
replace the factory water pump manifold. Remove the factory accessory belt. Disconnect and remove
alternator along with the factory thermostat and water pump. Disconnect temperature sensor on top of
the water pump manifold and relocate to the new ECS-supplied piece. At this point you can remove the
water pump manifold assembly and reinstall with new ECS-supplied manifold and new GM gaskets.

The machining is required to bolt up our heavy duty belt tensioner bracket and the bosses are not
used in any factory application otherwise. The above pictures are intended to show how the new
brackets will bolt up on the new water pump manifold in a later step.
Water Pump Manifold Installation
