Check the screw position. The screw must be in the center
of the discharge.
Position the fl ange.
Lubrifi cate the o-ring and insert it between stage and
outside sleeve.
Position the seeger-ring.

Position the spacer and the washer. Screw on fi rmly the
locking nut. Insert the outside sleeve.

Tighten fi rmly the six screws “A” in order to provide a pre-
load charge to the discharge head.

Assemble the suction strainer.

Connect the power cable to the stator connector and push
the connector into its housing. In presence of a fl oater level
control, connect its cable as well. Wet with some alcohol.
Tight the cable gland with the wrench torque set at 10Nm.
