No Flow:
• Check if the power supply is on. Check the circuit breaker or try
another outlet to ensure the pump is getting electrical power.
Note: always disconnect pump from electrical supply before
handling the pump
• If power supply is working but pump is not, then it may be
clogged by debris. Disconnect the pump, check intake screen to
ensure it is not clogged, then follow the maintenance procedures
to clean impeller.
Low Flow:
• Check the pump’s output spout to ensure it is not clogged
by debris
• If using tubing, check tubing for sharp bends or blockage
• Check the pump’s intake screen to ensure it is not clogged by
debris. Then follow the maintenance procedures to clean impeller
GUARANTEE
This product is guaranteed for defects in material or workmanship
for a period of 2 years from date of purchase. The guarantee is valid
with proof of purchase only. The guarantee is limited to repair or
replacement of the pump only and does not cover consequential loss
or damage of or to animate or inanimate objects. This guarantee
is valid only under normal operating conditions for which the pump
is intended. It excludes any damage caused by unreasonable use,
improper installation, negligence, tampering, or abuse of the pump.
The pump motor is factory sealed, tampering will void guarantee.
For guarantee service contact your local pet dealer or write to the
representative in your country. This guarantee does not affect your
statutory rights.
