6. Take the black and white cable, with both ends
stripped, from the kit and attach one end to the
2082E meter. Connect the white wire #5 to pin 11
and black wire #6 to pin 12. Take care not to ap-
ply too much torque which could cause the wire to
break. (This may already be connected for your con-
venience.) Attach the other stripped end of white
wire #5 to terminal block position #4 and the black
wire #6 to terminal block position #3.

Note: The terminal block position can be opened up
using a small fl at head screw driver to release the
tension from the spring inside the block so you can
press the wire against the spring.

7. Find the free black wire #4 from the kit and at-
tach one end to pin 1 on the 2082E meter. Take care
not to apply too much torque which could cause the
wire to break. (This may already be connected for
your convenience.) The other end attaches to termi-
nal block position #5.

8. Find the free white wire #3 from the kit and at-
tach one end to pin 2 on the 2082E meter. Take care
not to apply too much torque which could cause the
wire to break. (This may already be connected for
your convenience.) The other end attaches to termi-
nal block position #2.

Wiring Installation in 4848 Reactor
Controller

1. If applicable, remove the black hole plug on the
back of the controller labeled PRESSURE INPUT.
This can be done by pinching the clasps on the back
of the plug from inside the back panel.

2. Insert the 9-pin receptacle (825E), on the A2104E
harness, into the pressure input hole from the inside
out. Slide the ring terminal, from the A2104E green
wire, onto one of the mounting studs. Mount the
receptacle using the (2) #4 keps nuts provided.

3. Locate the A1695E excitation board as shown.

4. Attach the 3-pin edge connector from the A2104E
to the one of the “Pressure Excitation” slots. There
are nine available slots; any of them will work.

5. Find the 2 wire cable with black wire #2 and
white wire #1 on the A2104E. Take the stripped end
of this 2-wire cable and attach black wire #2 to termi-
nal 6 and white wire #1 to terminal 4 on the 2082E
meter. Take care not to apply too much torque which
could cause the wire to eventually break.

The meter’s pins are labeled 1-12, as shown. The
black wire from the A2104E harness attaches to pin
6, and the white wire attaches to pin 4. (This may
already be connected for your convenience.)
