CAUTION:

ADULT ASSEMBLY REQUIRED.
USE CARE WHEN UNPACKING AS COMPONENTS TO BE ASSEMBLED MAY POSE A SMALL PARTS/SHARP EDGE
HAZARD.

1 • Position the seat in one of the two possible positions on the seat support that will best suit the child's height.

Seat position A - low and forward;
Seat position B - high and to the rear.

2 • Secure the seat in the desired position using the two screws provided.
3 • Slide the two front studs of the seat support into the relating holes on the frame.
4 • Secure the rear of the seat support to the tractor frame using the two screws provided.
5 • Position the roll-bar to the tractor by sliding both ends of the bar into the slots in the rear fenders.

Note: the roll-bar should lean slightly towards the rear of the tractor.

6 • Secure the roll-bar in position with the two screws supplied (one on each side).
7 • Combine the upper and lower parts of the steering wheel together.
8 • 1) Push the steering wheel shaft upwards from beneath the tractor. 2) Place the steering wheel onto the shaft and line up the bolt holes on both components.
9 • Position the nut in the hexagonal hole and the bolt in the round one. Secure the steering wheel in position by tightening up the bolt.

10 • Place green counterweight on the black chassis; chassis pegs will pass through holes in counterweight. Press lower sides of counterweight into chassis to latch.
11 • Secure with 2 screws.
12 • Remove hood by turning the red latch and lifting it off the chassis. Then re-install it by inserting lower black hinged tongue into slot on chassis. Rotate hood

closed and turn black latch with coin to secure.

13 • Press the hubcaps into position on the wheels; large on the front, small on the rear.
14 • Put the silver decals (for reflective taillights) on the rear fenders.
15 • Install the taillight lenses; Place tab into the slot in the lower part first and then the upper part as shown in the figure.
16 • Press the 2 identical central headlights into place paying attention to the 3 respective slots.
17 • Proceed to mount the remaining 2 side headlights. Caution! The 2 headlights are not identical: check the direction of insertion into the slots.
18 • Place the bucket bottom-up as shown. Locate the LEFT loader frame arm, remove the tape and place this end into the large slot in the bucket. Note, the bent

end of the spring must be positioned in the small slot in the bucket and align the holes.

19 • Place a washer (from the hardware bag) on the bolt and insert the bolt into the aligned holes to connect the bucket to the frame arm. Place a 2nd washer

onto the bolt, then then the nut. Tighten with screwdriver and pliers. Repeat on the RIGHT side.

20 • Assemble the front loader frame; Place 1 of the cross members into the slots (hollow side down) between the frame arms at the bucket end of the frame.
21 • Secure it in position with the two screws supplied (one on each side).
22 • Place the 2nd cross member into the slots (hollow side down) between the frame arms at the bucket end of the frame.
23 • Secure it in position with the two screws supplied (one on each side).
24 • Place a 7mm chrome fastener in the slot on the right side of the bucket; the hole in the fastener must be visible through the hole in the bucket.
25 • Remove the elastic band holding the lever and the metal bar attached to the bucket in place.
26 • Position the large dump control lever in the “up” position, with the dump control arm rod pointing toward the bucket. Place the control rod end into the

attachment hole in the bucket and press in firmly.

27 • Place the handle as shown in photo; photo A shows the CORRECT position of the lower tab; INSIDE the slot. Photo B shows it installed INCORRECTLY.
28 • Fit a nut in the hexagonal hole on the inside of the handle. Fit the bolt to the other side.
29 • Secure the handle in position by tightening up the bolt. Repeat the same procedure on the other side of the handle.
30 • Place the assembled front loader onto the tractor.
31 • Press the rear of the assembled front loader into place as shown.
32 • Place a 9mm chrome retainer into the red tool as shown (the opening in the retainer will be visible). Place the metal rod onto the retainer opening and tap

with a hammer to secure.

33 • Line up the holes on the front loader assembly with the holes in the hood and insert the 9mm metal rod through the aligned holes.
34 • Place a 9mm chrome retainer into the red tool and position it onto the unsecured end of the 9mm metal rod. Brace the end of the rod with the retainer

installed and pound the red tool (and retainer) onto the other end.

35 • Complete the assembly by fitting the two conical bushings on either end of the metal pin. Push the bushings up towards the excavator to lock the bushings in

place. Apply the decals.

VEHICLE FEATURES AND INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

36 • BUCKET: To lower the bucket frame, push the cross-handle forward until it unlocks.
37 • To return the bucket frame to the “UP” position, pull the cross-handle back, then press down until it locks.
38 • To rotate the bucket forward to scoop or dump, pull the vertical handle back. Release the handle to return the bucket to its “UP” position.
39 • Cup holder; the cup holder is positioned in the center of the chassis console.
40 • ADJUSTING THE PEDALS: The pedals can be set to two height positions to allow children of different ages to drive in safety and comfort. By using different

pedal and seat positions (see Fig.1 in the manual), 4 different positions are possible (see diagram).

41 • When the tractor is unpacked, the pedals are in the higher position; see illustration #41. To lower the height of the pedals to accommodate longer legs,

unscrew the 6 screws securing the pedal cams; 3 on each side of the tractor.

42 • Rotate the Right (DX) cam 45 degrees clockwise and the Left (SX) cam 45 degrees counterclockwise until the pedal crank is at the bottom position; see

illustration #42. Replace all 6 screws and tighten. (The decals indicate the 3 screw positions with 3 Xs; To rotate the crank 45 degrees, Rotate to the next (X)
on the decal) If the chain comes off, remove the bottom panel to access it.

43 • CHAIN TENSION: Remove the 3 screws from the Right (DX) cam and rotate it forward to the next screw hole to increase the tension. Replace and tighten

the screws. Repeat on the Left (SX) cam.

44 • SEAT ADJUSTMENT: the seat can be adjusted to allow for your child's growth.

Check the fastening retainers to be sure they are tight.

Teach your child the proper use of this vehicle for a safe and fun play time.
• Before starting be sure that the way is free from people and objects.
• Drive with both hands steering wheel and keep your eyes on the road at all times.
• Please teach your child to stop in time to avoid running into objects or people.
