Note:

• Care must be taken to ensure that fingers do not come into

contact with the Belgian or flat plates.

• When making waffles, bake only with the lid closed.
• The waffle maker features a height adjustable hinge. When

the flat plates are in place, the unit will automatically adjust to
larger-sized food when the lid is closed.

5. When baking is finished, open the waffle maker and remove

the waffle with a plastic or wooden spatula. Never use metal
knife as this may damage the non-stick coating.

NOTE: The waffle maker does not turn off automatically after
baking is complete. The only way to turn off the waffle maker
is to push the ON/OFF button until the red light is no longer
illuminated. Be sure to unplug the waffle maker after each
use.eeps to let you know the waffle is done.


IMPORTANT:
Contents are hot. Use caution when removing waffle
or other food from the plates.

7. Always unplug the appliance from the outlet after baking is

complete. Allow to cool before taking off or putting on any
parts, and before cleaning. CAUTION: Contents are hot.

8. Please return the appliance to the nearest service facility for

repair, adjustment and replacement when both red and green
lights flash.

CLEANING:

• Always pull out the main plug before any cleaning

operation and allow the appliance to cool down.

• Never dip the appliance into water or hold it under

running water.

• Wipe down the casing with a moist cloth only.
• Remove the plates for cleaning after they have cooled

down. Use a damp cloth and a non-abrasive cleaning
detergent. Rinse and dry thoroughly. The Belgian
and flat plates are the only detachable parts that can be
cleaned separately.

• Never use sharp or pointed objects or any abrasive

cleaning agents for cleaning purposes.

NEVER IMMERSE THE APPLIANCE IN WATER OR OTHER
LIQUID.
