[*] Back Tilt Mechanism: PULL handle OUT to UNLOCK and PUSH handle IN to LOCK this feature.
[**] Tilt Tension Control: turn CLOCKWISE to apply more tension or turn COUNTERCLOCKWISE to release tension.
