SOL HL 08007 Solar House Number Light

cHargINg THe SOLar HOuSe NuMBer LIgHT fOr fIrST TIMe uSe
Before you can use your solar house number light must be charged using the solar module. The
ON / OFF switch must be set to OFF. Put the solar module in a location where it will get maximum
exposure to direct sunlight.
Depending on the season, the weather and the location of the solar module charging may take
up to 2 – 3 days before the light is ready for use.

The solar house number light is comprised of the lamps (LEDs), the motion detector, and the

rechargeable battery (LiFePO4 3.2 V/400 mAh). Bear in mind when installing the light that the
horizontal monitoring range of the motion detector is 90º within a radius of a maximum of

5 metres, depending on installation height.
Use the two screws (item 1 in the parts list) included in the package. Hang the light by carefully
sliding the mounting eyes over the two screw heads, making sure they are aligned and firmly
attached.

adjuSTMeNT aNd INITIaL OPeraTION

After the solar house number light has been installed it is ready for use.

Important:

Make sure the solar light has been charged as described under “charging the Solar Light

for the first Time” before the light is switched on�

The main unit features a switch with two settings: AUTO and OFF.

auTO: Setting used with the motion detector.

Off: Switches off the motion detector feature / LED; position used for charging.

auTO position of the switch: At dusk, 8 LEDs are activated in standby mode; when motion is

detected, the 8 LEDs will switch to the maximum brightness level.

rePLacINg THe BaTTery

To guarantee optimal functioning of the solar house number light we recommend

replacing the rechargeable battery at least every 2 years�

1. Unscrew the lamp body and remove the holder in order to replace the rechargeable battery.

2. Insert a new LiFePO4 3.2 V/400 mAh battery and re-assemble the device in the reverse order.
