The lightning flash with arrowhead symbol, within an equilateral triangle, is intended to alert the
user to the presence of uninsulated “dangerous voltage” within the product’s enclosure that may
be of sufficient magnitude to constitute a risk of electric shock to persons.
The exclamation point within an equilateral triangle is intended to alert the user to the presence of
important operating and maintenance (servicing) instructions in the literature accompanying the
appliance.
NOTICE
This equipment generates and uses radio frequency energy and if not installed and used properly, that is, in strict accordance with the
manufacturer’s instructions, may cause interference to radio and television reception. It has been type-tested and found to comply with
the limits for Class B computing devices in accordance with the specifications in Subpart J of Part 15 of FCC Rules, which are designed
to provide reasonable protection against such interference in a residential installation. However, there is no guarantee that interference
will not occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause interference to radio or television reception, which can be
determined by turning the equipment on and off, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following
measures:
■ Reorient the receiving antenna of the radio or TV.
■ Relocate the CD player with respect to the radio or TV.
■ Move the CD player away from the radio or TV.
■ Plug the CD player into a different outlet so that the CD player and radio or TV are on different branch circuits.
If necessary, the user should consult the dealer or an experienced radio/television technician for additional suggestions. The user may

Do Not Remove the Cabinet
This unit uses an invisible laser pickup to detect the signals recorded on the compact disc. The unit has been designed so that the laser
rays will not radiate outside. To avoid laser exposure, do not remove the cabinet.
Be Careful of the Laser Pickup
Although you cannot see it from the outside, a laser pickup is located under the disc tray and a precision lens is built in it. Since the laser
pickup, including the lens element, is especially sensitive to dust, keep the disc tray closed when not in use. Also, do not put your hand
inside the unit.
