Powering IP Broadcast™

While there are many ways to navigate to the IPv4 Properties in Windows 7, here is a quick way to get there:

Click on the networking icon in the

system tray.

Click on "Local Area Connection" in

the Connections section

Click on the Properties button in the

dialog that opens up

Select "Internet Protocol Version 4"

and then click the Properties button

Here you can set a static IP or select to

use DHCP

Click Ok, then Close twice (for the

two property dialog boxes still

open), then close the Network and

Sharing Center
