3. Assuming the front blade approves the request, the RTM will receive a deactivation
approval command and the drive will transition to state 0x10, "inactive". The LED is amber.
Drive power is off. The drive is ready for extraction.
4. The operator physically removes the drive from the RTM. The drive transitions to state
"0x01", not installed. The status LED is off. Drive power is off.
