SE4 & SE8 SHAFT EXTENDER FOR
FINGERTIP ADJUSTMENT FOR
MULTIPLE AMPLIFIER ARRAY
Note: Shaft Extender Kits SE4 and SE8 come with a quantity of four or eight
shaft extenders, depending on the model ordered.
1. Remove the top cover of the amplifier unit and save the hardware.
2. Locate the "Red" LED on the front panel and pop it out. Be careful not to
break the leads.
3. Remove the front panel via 4 screws and save the hardware.
4. Using a long nose plier, pinch the rear of the slotted shaft while pushing
the wheel out on each of the pots.
5. Replace the original wheels with the new shaft extenders inserting the
slotting end into the pot; the shaft just pops into place.
6. After inserting all of the shaft extenders into the pots, carefully align the
front panel so that the shaft extenders protrude through the holes.
7. Attach-the front panel to the chassis by means of the four screws
previously removed.
8. Re-insert the "Red" LED into the front panel.
9. Replace the top cover using the hardware previously saved.
