6. Operation

Important

• Set the correct operating voltage (100-120 V

or 220-240 V) before using the device for the

first time.

• If you do not know the local mains voltage,

request it from the relevant organisation.

• Do not jam the mains cable [5] in drawers or

doors, for example.

• Untangle the mains cable [5] if it is twisted.
• Do not pull, twist or bend the mains cable

[5] and do not pull or route it over/on sharp,

pointed objects or hot surfaces.

Warning

• Position yourself on a dry, non-conductive

surface.

• Make sure that your hands are dry!

• Dry your hair with a towel beforehand.
• The professional nozzle [1] and device may

become very hot depending on the switch

setting and period of use – risk of burns and

fire!

• Do not touch the professional nozzle [1].
• Allow the professional nozzle [1] to cool down

before removing it.

• Place the device on fireproof surfaces only.
• Ensure that no highly flammable liquids are

located near the device.

• Do not use the device on synthetic hair – risk

of fire!

• Ensure that no hair can be directly sucked into

the device.
