All adjustment points on the machine have yellow handles or knobs.
Set Up Motion Muscles Used
• Adjust seat bottom so hands are
slightly above shoulders.
• Select hand position that allows
hands to finish above shoulders.
Push handles upward until arms
are fully straightened.
