CATWALK STAIRS ADJUSTMENT
In order for the hopper scale system to weigh correctly, the following adjustment must be made on the catwalk
stairs.
Note 1: Loosen the left and right hand catwalk bolts. Remove the flange nut and replace with M10-1.5 flange
lock nut. Tighten the new lock nut until a 1/16” clearance between the lock nut flange and the step frame plate.
