damaged or removed. Nobleized parts must be returned to the factory for refurbishing
and Re-Nobleizing. Cages that are repaired and not Re-Nobleized will have significantly
reduced service life.

(It is recommended that an internal part's kit be purchased at time of valve installation to
insure part's availability at time of repair and so repairs can be performed correctly and
efficiently.)

Inspect the Body internal contours for nicks, grooves and signs of corrosion. The
internal contour should be smooth. Inspect the faces of the Body for nicks and corrosion
on the gasket surfaces. Inspect the Seat threads for damage. CAUTION! If the Body
has been nobleized, it cannot be resurfaced or the Nobleized surface will be damaged or
removed. Nobleized parts must be returned to the factory for refurbishing and Re-
Nobleizing. Bodies that are repaired and not Re-Nobleized will have significantly
reduced service life.

ASSEMBLY

Reassemble in reverse order. If operating conditions permit, it is recommended that an
anti-seize compound be applied to the threads of the Seat before it is installed. The
Seat does not have to be extremely tight as it is retained by the line flanges when
installed. No internal lubrication is required on any parts.
