IMPORTANT ADDITION TO
Norseman and Sta-Lok Instructions
Norseman and Sta-Lok ® studs are
packaged with a stainless steel wash-
er. This washer must be placed on
the wire before the Norseman or
Sta-Lok
® nosepiece is put on the
wire and the stud assembled.
The washer will ride loosely on the
wire above the top of the Norseman/
Sta-Lok
® stud and will prevent the
foils from slipping down over the
top of the fitting in the event the
torque tube clamp becomes loose.
You must use the washer. If the
washer is not used and the foils
slip down, they may unthread the
Norseman/Sta-Lok
® terminal thus
parting the headstay.
Important–You Must Install the Stainless Steel Washer!
