H – Pulse monitor

Now you can monitor your heart rate wherever and whenever you want to. It’s a useful
way to find out how fit (or unfit) you are and it’s incredibly easy to do.

Set up your OwnZone

The first thing you should do is input your own personal settings. You can then use the
Pulse Monitor to show you your current pulse rate and warn you if it falls below or exceeds

your settings.

1. Select Start/ Stop Safety Alarm Bell
2. Select ON and set /reset your target minimum and maximum heart rate. Once

activated a safety alarm will alert you if your heart rate falls below or goes beyond
the figure you set. You can use the following guide to help you set your OwnZone

target.
