Formatting a Memory Stick card
It is not recommended to format a Memory Stick memory card while
connected to a computer. This can cause damage to the card. Please go to
the following web site for more details:

When you are at the site:

Select “Type a Question”
§ Then select “Memory Stick Devices & Media”
§ Enter the word ‘format’ in the “Type a question or problem description in
the text box” section
§ Select “Find Solution”
