INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

This machine is designed to produce a very strong vibration. Vibration is always associated
with noise: the more vibration, the more noise should be expected.

To reduce the amount of noise and to get the best performance from the QuickJog, please
follow these steps:

v Set the machine on a heavy/sturdy table (500 lb. capacity).

v Do not set any other objects or machines on the same table. Small objects or tools will

add noise.

v Keep the table free of dust, oil, etc.

v Never leave the QuickJog unattended while in operation.

TIPS

For best results and where noise level is a concern, use a small (13" x 16") piece of rubber, rug
or cardboard underneath the base of the jogger.

Never pick up, grab, lift or handle this machine from the top section. It must be carried only
by holding it from the bottom base.

The amount of vibration and the angle of the bin are factory-set for the ideal set up to better
handle all types of paper stock.

To decrease vibration: using a 1/8", 4" long allen wrench through the opening on the back
section of the jogger, rotate the outside (RH) collar away from the other collars. A full turn of
this collar will reduce the overall vibration by 20 to 25%. Do not disassemble the machine.

To increase vibration: using a 1/8", 4" long allen wrench,
turn and align all the collars to the same position.
