TOOLS REQUIRED: #2 Philips screwdriver

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:
1.
Please make sure all parts are accounted for before beginning assembly.
2.
Place main basin up-side down on clean soft surface attach the 4 legs (part B) to main basin (part A) with 8 hex bolt
(part O) do not fully tighten then insert bottom rails (parts L) onto legs (parts B) now place bottle tray (part K) on legs
insert and tighten casters with brake & casters (parts C&D) now fully tighten Hex bolts (part O)
3.
Turn over entire assembly right side-up press caster brake lever to lock casters (part C) attach left handle (part H) to
main basin using 6 M6*16 bolt (part M) tighten with wrench. Repeat for right handle.
4.
Attach bottle-cap catcher (part J) to main basin by sliding it down over 2 preinstalled bolts,

Attach bottle opener (part I) to main basin using 2pcs 5/32x1/2” screws tighten with a Philips screwdriver.
6.
Attach 2pcs lid handles (part F) to cooler lid (part E) with 2pcs 5/32x1/2” screws tighten with a Philips screwdriver.
7.
Clean inside of cooler completely with soft dry towel. Place cooler lid (2) on top of main basin (A) your cooler is now
ready for use.
