Assembly
EZ Cart
Includes EZ Cart Bar
(short bar for S model,
long bar for W model),
two wheel frames, two
wheels and hardware
bag complete with four
washers, 2 lock pins
and two 67” boat straps.
Begin by taking a
washer and sliding it
over the pins of the
wheel frames.
Next, slide the wheels
over the washers and
pins. Make sure the
concaved side of the
wheel is facing out, as
shown.
With the pin sticking
through the wheel,
place another washer
over the top and lock
into place using one of
the circular lock pins.
Assembly
Take one of the wheel
frames and insert it into
the opening on the EZ
Cart bar by pushing in
the button on the bar.
You can adjust the
length of your EZ Cart
by using the various
pre-drilled holes spaced
throughout the bar.
Place the rear of your
boat on top of the EZ
Cart and run the straps
through the loops on the
wheel frame.
For most boat models
you will only need to
strap over the top of the
boat. The straps make
sure that the boat stays
in place while you are
pulling the boat. For
larger models like our
FoldCats & SailCat you
can strap down each
pontoon to the loop on
the wheel frame.
